Let me start by saying, my sales guy David did not “push or pressure “ me at all , explained to me on the phone everything on the VS4 , I said to him, I want it, he said why don’t you come in fist and sit on it etc… I never did . I told him what I wanted to pay, put down and finance, Lorenzo (fiannce guy) called me , he worked with me and got me exactly the “comfortable “ payment I wanted to be at! Finally went there tonight after dinner to sign,and said to me , we will deliver to your door on Tuesday! If you want a Ducati, make sure you check these guy out, no pressure and will work with you!

On June 27th 2026, I bought a Ducati Monster. That was the best motorcycle purchase experience I have ever had. Dave (shop manager), Dave (salesman), Todd(service), and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were straight forward and competitive. No games, no pressure. I've always been a v-twin, cruiser guy, I never considered a Ducati. I took Ducati Dave's advice and test road the Scout and Monster, back to back. I fell in love with a Monster 😂!

The service dept. recently diagnosed an intermittent starting issue on my 22' SuperSport 950. Despite the cause not being evident after several attempts to replicate the problem, they stayed after it and eventually determined what the issue was. Todd and Alicia both worked with me to find a practical repair solution that seems to have resolved the issue for good. Communications were great. I've been chasing this problem for nearly a year... A big thanks to Todd, Alicia and the technician for getting my bike fixed. I'm super grateful Ducati Orlando is in our city and I'll be back for routine maintenance!

It’s clear that impactful changes have been made recently, because our experience was truly 5-star. Both of our bikes (Diavel V4 & Monster 1200) were serviced with passion, attention to detail, and expertise. When my wife picked up her bike today, she received a genuinely warm welcome. From the manager, to the salesperson, the hostess at the entrance, and the service advisor, everyone was attentive, professional, and authentic. I am very grateful for the outstanding experience.
